If you are unable to update and an error message appears, I suggest you the following procedure:
- To uninstall driver and / or software on your computer
- Let your EyeLights completely discharge
- Reinstall driver and / or software
- Leave your EyeLights hanging and charging for 15 minutes
- Try again to update the product
If after that, you still cannot update your EyeLights, please contact the customer support either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org by phone or by phone at 06.44.64.58.43
