When an update of your product is available, you usually receive an e-mail from us telling you what to do. It is therefore best to refer to these emails when an update comes out to be sure to use the latest procedure.
However, you can use the "support" page of our website to find the software needed to update the product. Be aware that if you are on Windows 7 or 8, you must also download a driver that you will find in the update procedure. Be aware that the software remains the same as Windows 10.
After each update, make sure the demo appears again in the optical module before unplugging the EyeLights. Otherwise, you may damage the device.
When you start the update, the product must also be turned on; you must see the blue LED and the demo appear in the prism. Do not hesitate to turn off and then turn on your product once it is plugged in.
When you want to start again your product after an update, you must first go into your Bluetooth settings and "forget" the EyeLights. Then pair EyeLights again with your phone and app. Otherwise, the product will not update with the phone and the demo may persist in your optical module.
